Veterans Day honors the brave men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces who have fought and sacrificed for our country. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are 18.5 million military veterans in the United States as of 2016.
It is important to note that there are 4 million veterans who have a service-related disability that occurred during their time of military service and/or continues to interfere with their daily life after their military service.
